2023 International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, Communications and Mechatronics (AICME 2023) will be held in Chongqing, China during October 20-22, 2023. AICME is an annual conference which explores the development and implications in the related fields of Artificial Intelligence, Communications and Mechatronics an objective to present the novel and fundamental advancements. It also serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving Artificial Intelligence, Communications and Mechatronics. Featured with invited speeches and paper presentations, AICME 2023 sincerely welcome interested researchers and professors to understand the frontier research trends and share latest research results, summarize current work and inspire scientific research ideas, broaden horizons and cultivate scientific research interest.
All manuscripts are subject to blind peer review by competent reviewers in the relevant field and are expected to meet standards of academic excellence. The reviewers identity remain anonymous throughout the process. The review process is as below:
1. Each paper will be subject to preliminary review such as relevance to the conference topics, repeated publication and repeated submission after submission.
2. The conference secretary will inform authors the preliminary review by at least 2-3 members of the Program Committee, which will take 15-20 working days before the result comes out.
3. Authors will receive review comments via email and be required to do necessary revisions if the paper is accepted.

After a rigorous reviewing process, accepted papers will be included in CACEE 2023 Conference Proceedings, published by CPS and submitted to IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements and also submitted for indexing by EI Compendex, Scopus, and ISTP(CPCI) .
